Given expression $$15 - 2 \div 90 \times 9 + 10$$

$$15 \times 2 + 90 \div 9 -10$$ ( we change Sign according to the given question)

$$\Rightarrow 15 \times 2 + 10 -10$$

$$\Rightarrow 30 + 10 -10$$

$$\Rightarrow 40 -10$$

$$\Rightarrow 30 $$ Ans
