Expression : 9 ? 11 ? 6 ? 3 ? 9 = 117

(A) : +, -, ÷ and x

$$\equiv9+11-6\div3\times9=117$$

L.H.S. = $$20-(2\times9)=20-18=2\neq$$ R.H.S.

(B) : x, +, ÷ and x

$$\equiv9\times11+6\div3\times9=117$$

L.H.S. = $$99+(2\times9)=99+18=117=$$ R.H.S.
