Length of rectangle, $$l=12$$ cm and breadth, $$b=5$$ cm
=> Diagonal, $$d=\sqrt{l^2+b^2}$$
=> $$d=\sqrt{(12)^2+(5)^2}$$
=> $$d=\sqrt{144+25}=\sqrt{169}$$
=> $$d=13$$ cm
