The area of a square is $$72.25 cm^2$$. Find its perimeter (in cm).

Solution

Let side of square = $$s$$ cm

=> Area = $$s^2=72.25$$

=> $$s=\sqrt{72.25}=8.5$$ cm

$$\therefore$$ Perimeter of square = $$4s=4\times8.5=34$$ cm

=> Ans - (C)
