Solution

In each column, the number at the end is obtained by adding the other 4 numbers and dividing the result by 2.

Eg = $$\frac{10+12+4+10}{2}=\frac{36}{2}=18$$

and $$\frac{11+12+12+5}{2}=\frac{40}{2}=20$$

Similarly, $$\frac{15+8+10+13}{2}=\frac{46}{2}=23$$
