If `+’ means ‘÷’; ‘-‘ means ‘+’; ‘×’ means ‘-‘ and ‘÷’ means ‘×’, then, 8 ÷ 4 - 6 + 3 × 4 = ?

Solution

It is given that `+’ means ‘÷’; ‘-‘ means ‘+’; ‘×’ means ‘-‘ and ‘÷’ means ‘×’

So , 8 ÷ 4 - 6 + 3 × 4 = 8 x 4 + 6 ÷ 3 - 4

Using BODMAS, 8 x 4 + 6 ÷ 3 - 4 = 32 + 2 -4 = 30
