Question 15

If 3 % 8 # 4 = 6 and 9 % 4 # 3 = 12, then
12 % 6 # 24 = ?

Solution

The pattern followed is $$a$$ % $$b$$ # $$c=a\times\frac{b}{c}$$

Eg :  3 # 8 % 4 = $$3\times\frac{8}{4}=3\times2=6$$

and, 9 % 4 # 3 = $$9\times\frac{4}{3}=3\times4=12$$

Similarly, 12 % 6 # 24 = $$12\times\frac{6}{24}=6\times\frac{1}{2}=3$$

=> Ans - (B)
