We know that $$\sqrt3=1.7$$ and $$\sqrt4=2$$.

$$\sqrt2=1.4$$ and $$\sqrt8=2.8$$

I) $$4\sqrt3=4\times1.7\approx6.8$$

and $$3\sqrt4=3\times2=6$$

=> $$4\sqrt3>3\sqrt4$$

II) $$8\sqrt2=8\times1.4\approx12$$

and $$2\sqrt8=2\times2.8=5.6$$

=> $$8\sqrt2>2\sqrt8$$

$$\therefore$$ Both I and II are true.
