Given, Marked Price = Rs.2000
Discount-1 = 30% of Rs.2000 = Rs.600
Effective discount with discounts of 25% and 5% = $$-25-5+\dfrac{25\times5}{100} = -30+1.25 = -28.75$$%
28.75% of Rs.2000 = Rs.575
Therefore, Difference between the discounts = Rs.600 - Rs.575 = Rs.25.
