If in a triangle ABC, the angles at B and C are 1.5 and 2.5 times of the angle at A respectively, then angle at B is

Solution

Let $$\angle$$A = $$2x$$

=> $$\angle$$B = $$1.5 * 2x = 3x$$

=> $$\angle$$C = $$2.5 * 2x = 5x$$

Now, in $$\triangle$$ABC

=> $$\angle$$A + $$\angle$$B + $$\angle$$C = 180°

=> $$2x + 3x + 5x = 180$$°

=> $$x = 18$$°

$$\therefore$$ $$\angle$$B = 3*18 = 54°
