The ratio between two numbers is 2 : 3. If each number is increased by 4, the ratio between them becomes 5 : 7. The difference between the numbers is
Let's say previous numbers = $$2x$$ and $$3x$$
After increasing = $$2x+4$$ and $$3x+4$$
So $$\frac{2x+4}{3x+4} = \frac{5}{7}$$
After solving it we will get $$x$$ equal to 8 and numbers will be 16 and 24
Diff. between numbers will be 8.
