Number = $$0.\overline{39}$$

Let $$x=0.\overline{39}$$ ------------(i)

=> $$100x=39.\overline{39}$$ ------------(ii)

Subtracting equation (i) from (ii),

=> $$100x-x=39.39-0.39$$

=> $$99x=39$$

=> $$x=\frac{39}{99}=\frac{13}{33}$$
