Raise of 20% => $$\frac{20}{100} * 100x = 20x$$
=> Price becomes = $$100x+20x = 120x$$
Now, 25% discount on 'raised' price = $$\frac{25}{100} * 20x = 5x$$
=> New price = $$120x-5x = 115x$$
which is 15 % more than the original price.
