Solution

Given $$x^3+3x^2+3x=7$$

Adding 1 to both sides

$$x^3+3x^2+3x+1=7+1$$

$$\left(x+1\right)^3=8$$

$$\left(x+1\right)^3=2^3$$

Therefore, x+1 = 2

x = 1
