Find the remainder in the expression $$\frac{557\times653\times672}{9}$$

Solution

Expression : $$\frac{557\times653\times672}{9}$$

When we divide 557 by 9, remainder is = $$(5+5+7)\%9=17\%9=8$$

Similarly, $$653\%9=5$$ and $$672\%9=6$$

=> Remainder of expression = $$\frac{8\times5\times6}{9}=240\%9$$

= $$(2+4+0)\%9=6$$

=> Ans - (D)
