JEE Advanced Registration 2026
If you have cleared JEE Mains 2026 and made it to the top 2,50,000 qualifiers, congratulations! You are now eligible to register for JEE Advanced 2026, one of the toughest and most respected engineering entrance exams in India. JEE Advanced is the gateway to undergraduate programs at all 23 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
The exam is being conducted by IIT Roorkee in 2026. All registrations, updates, and admit card downloads will happen only on the official website: jeeadv.ac.in. Do not rely on any third-party links for registration.

Common Mistakes to Avoid While Filling JEE Advanced 2026 Form
Many students lose their chance at IIT admission not because of their rank, but because of avoidable mistakes during registration. Here is what to watch out for.
Entering wrong category: Your category is fetched from JEE Main and cannot be changed. Verify this before submitting.
Uploading blurry documents: Low-quality scans can lead to application rejection. Upload clear, readable images in the correct format (JPG/PNG).
Missing the fee payment deadline: Submitting the form without completing the payment makes your registration invalid. Pay by May 4, 2026.
Using an outdated category certificate: GEN-EWS and OBC-NCL certificates must be issued on or after April 1, 2026.
Not saving the confirmation page: Always download and print your registration confirmation. You may need it for future reference.
Registering through unofficial websites: Always use jeeadv.ac.in only. Third-party websites may mislead you or put your data at risk.
Selecting only one exam city: You can choose up to 8 exam city preferences. Always fill multiple to increase your chances of getting a nearby centre.
Once your registration is complete and confirmed, the next step is to focus entirely on your JEE Advanced 2026 preparation. The exam is on May 17, 2026, and consists of two compulsory papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, both on the same day. Missing either paper will disqualify you from the ranking process.
Keep visiting jeeadv.ac.in regularly for any official updates, and download your admit card between May 11 and May 17, 2026. All the best!
