IIFT Top Recruiters 2025
A total of 205 recruiters participated in this years placement cycle. For MBA IB program, a total of 135 recruiters and 45 new recruiters provide placement opportunities from top organizations like Accenture strategy, McKinsey and Company, Aditya Birla group, ITC, JP Morgan Chase, et cetera. For MBA BA program, which is a new course started by IIFT saw a total of 25 recruiters coming on campus to provide placement opportunities to students. Top recruiters for MB BA program were EY, Blackstone, Flipkart, Arcesium et cetera. These list of recruiters represent quality placement opportunities at IIFT for its various MBA programs.

While for MBA IB, Consulting and Finance saw the maximum placement, for MBA BA program, IT Analytics and Sales and Marketing saw the major placement opportunities for the batch of 2023-2025.

In conclusion, IIFT saw stellar placement for the batch of 2023-2025. The average CTC stood at 31.30 LPA and the highest domestic LPA stands at 72 LPA. A total of 205 recruiters participated in this year placement cycle with Consulting being the highest recruiting domain in MBA IB and IT/Analytics in MBA BA.
