Securing a promising job with a good package post MBA is a significant milestone for students .At IIM Lucknow, this achievement is celebrated year after year with 100% placements and great packages. The 2024 placements at IIM Lucknow concluded with 634 placement offers to over 576 students. The highest package this year increased by 23% and rose to 1.23 CPA whereas average package stood at INR 30 LPA. There were more than 250 domestic and international recruiters who participated in the placement drive. Some of the top recruiters were- Adani Group,. Mc Kinsey, Accenture, Deloitte, Microsoft, ABG, BCG, Bain& Company. Students got majority of roles in Trading, Market Research, Investment Research, Corporate/Wholesale/Retail Banking and Operations.
Summer Internship Placements 2023-2025 too secured 100% internships with a total of 576 offers with highest and average stipend being INR 3.5 lakh per month and INR 1.31 lakh per month, respectively. The top recruiters during summer internship placement were Google, Accenture and TCS.

This year there was an increase in number of recruiters as well as in number of offers made. The highest international package saw an increase whereas highest domestic package declined. The average package too dropped down from 32.23 lakhs to 30 lakhs per annum.
