Is sectional test not avilable on laptop

Hi, I scored a 710 GMAT (Q49, V37) last year. I have 2 questions: 1.What was the last year cutoff for SPJIMR ? 2. Quant 49 unfortunately corresponds to 74%ile. I am just one percentile point short of the cutoff (75%ile) Is there any way to circumvent this or do I straight away have to score a 710+ now?
