Are FMS form out?

What should be "Work Experience To" date in IIFT form? It is not allowing a random date in 2021.

I have been constantly scoring in the range of 70's -80's despite of numerous efforts to increase scores . What Should i do to increase my marks ! Plus what can be the expected percentile based on my current siituation ?
