How good are CRACKU quant and LRDI sectionals?

Hi The sectionals of all three sections are as per the latest pattern of CAT and the level of all mocks and sectionals is quite similar to actual CAT .

My Cat Quant attempt are not increasing from 8 please help

Hi 8 attempts out of 24 is quite less in quants. The first thing you should do is to check whether out of those 8 attempts are you getting all of them correct or not because if you are spending approximately 4.5 minutes on a question you should get it correct and if attempts are less then accuracy should be very high . Now to improve speed in quants , see in quant you can follow round approach and you should identify all sitters in your round 1 and attempt those, in every quant mock there will be around 40% of the questions that will be classified as easy , around 30-40 % questions that will be classified as medium and remaining 25-30% questions come under hard category . Your first target should always be to skim the entire paper in 20 minutes and solve the easy questions and in initial 20 minutes if you get stuck on a question for more than 1.5 minutes you should leave that question and move to the next one .Try to identify your strengths and then attempt medium level questions from that topics in the 2nd half of the paper as you will be more confident in questions from topics which are your strength. Try to give more sectionals from now and implement the round approach and try not getting stuck in a question for more than 2 minutes , speed building will take time so set realistic targets suppose if you were attempting 8 questions try to make 12 for 2 -3 sectionals then gradually increase attempts to 15-16.

can you update th sectional test as per the current pattern ?

Hi The sectionals are updated as per the latest pattern. We expect the questions will be reduced by 2 to 3 in each section and hence in half of the sectionals we have given 23/22/23 questions in the three sections and in half of the sectionals we have given 24/20/24 questions in VARC, DILR and QA respectively.

Agree 24 questions seem a lot, they won't talk to the press just to reduce 2 questions!

Hi We know 40%= 2/5 and 60% =3/5 Now as per the given question 2/5(P+Q) =3/5 (P-Q) 5 will get cancel so we get 2P+2Q=3P-3Q We get P=5Q Now (2P-3Q)/P+Q Substituting P=5Q We get : (10Q-3Q)/5Q+Q =7/6
