Hi If you are consistently scoring more than 90 percentile in DashCATs, you can score very high in actual CAT if you are able to replicate your performance of mocks in actual CAT . Try to analyze the mocks , keep rectifying your mistakes , keep working on your strengths and make sure you do not repeat the mistakes and do not try anything new as of now. Just stick to the process you have been following , revise regularly and appear for more mocks in the coming days . All The Best !!

Can we expect this years Cat to be around the difficulty level of the sectional 6,7,8 ish? Or are those relatively tougher to get us used to tougher paper?

Hi Sectionals that are categorized as tough has relatively more number of hard questions as compared to others but all sectionals have mix of easy , moderate and difficult questions, its just proportion of these questions changes . And we expect CAT also on the similar lines with 20-25% % easy questions , 40-50% moderate level questions and remaining questions on the tougher side .

How to follow authors point of view in Fact based RCs. I can't refer back to passage while attempting questions.

strive for reading critically in the first read itself..you will get the author's view too ..it will be a lil time consuming but returns will be worth the time.

Hi Try to revise the concepts as many times as you can and identify your strength topics and now focus only on your strengths . Don't leave any topic, cover the basics of all the topics but now focus majorly on strengths . Solve entire past year CAT questions from 2016 to 2020 and focus more on strengths now. Don't get demotivated , keep the process going on, keep analyzing your mistakes and work on them accordingly .

It is about what you are comfortable with. Most of us are uncomfortable with Philosophical RCs. So, I know firsthand it would be hard for me. Identify what you are comfortable with and what topic you are uncomfortable with. Avoid such topics, which are uncomfortable for you, in the main exam.
