in RC when take more time accuracy increase but attempt decrease when reading fast accuracy decrease and attempt increase also score less please give me tips to improve attempt as well as accuracy

I often miss out on easy Geometry questions just because of the uncertainity factor of difficulty. Often, it takes 30-40 sec to understand the questions and draw diagram, In the test scenario, My mind doesn't want to invest 1 minute time in doing these things just to find out that its a tough one!, but on the flip side, when I analyse the test, I also leave out absolute dollies. Any help?

scoring comparatively good in sectionals but when it comes to full length the struggle is always there, is it beacuse sectionals are easy or am i lacking something?
