i am unable to solve questions i practice a lot of questions and have completed the concept videos . could you guide me on how to improve my quant and DILR from 5 questions to get 10 questions correct.

Just gave a varc sectional. Cant believe all my attempts have gone wrong. I usually score decent enough in varc. But now, after scoring -6, im starting to lose confidence. Any tips to get back the confidence?
