when i try to take a practise test in vocabulary, it says I've taken my previous test less that 2 mins back, and I'm not able to take a new test. why?

There has to be a minimum time gap of around 5 minutes between taking two tests.

I have taken the cat mock -1 in cracku. I scored only 36 but percentile is 94%. Did I do well in this mock or no?

Don't ever fall for percentiles always look out for raw scores, this raw score of 36 ain't going to fetch u 94% in real life, so plan to work accordingly to get a score which can get you your desired percentile in real life.
