Any strategy to identify doable LRDI set?

I'm doing good in LRDI and Quant , but in verbal marks are not stable sometime '30' or sometime '-5'. Can anyone help me to overcome these fluctuations

hey guy's most of the time I am not able to solve full set during mock but after completion i am able to do 2 sets on my own i don't know why this happening?
