i cant concentrate on when i'm reading on these days.its badly reflected in my varc mocks so what should i do to to improve

If A,B C, are numbers in increasing order and D ,B,E are decreasing order than which one of the following sequence need neither be in a decreasing nor in an increasing order ?

I can't understand my problem in quants.In mocks am only able to solve around 10 questions but afterwards am able to solve almost 25-26. I am getting stuck in last or second last steps in the solutions . Any suggestions?
