when can we expect the sectional mocks team?

in a traingle ,,ABC , p is the mid pont of BC and q is the mid point of BP then the ratio of area of triangle ABC to ABP?

the length sides of a right angled triangle are (5x+4)units , (3x+5) units, (4x+6) units find the area in square units of traingle rounded off to the nearest integer (x is an integer)

Do u guys also feel quant sectionals are way too easy as compared to mock quants. I dont know why they designed sectional quants in such an easy difficulty level
