In dashcat 17, Q47 which is as follows: Minimum difference b/w 2 integers p & q (p>q) , equation ((q^2)+12p-3)>0 is positive? Why, in the video solution Discriminant (D) is taken as <0 (less than 0). Can you please explain??

In DashCAT 17, RC passage Q7, Why cant we infer option 1 and option 3. Option 1 for reason that covid was created to hurt trumph relection so they must be linked and option 3 for, it is mentioned that the covid is not real and passage is based on conspiracy so covid is conspiracy
