Can you reset my SNAP mock 1 attempt, my wifi stopped working at half way.

I bought SNAP mock series and the first mock was not loading,after a long time it started and i could not give it.Cracku team could u please reset that mock.Thanks in advance

Just curious, not that I am complaining, but why did my Scaled Score go up, even though I am in Slot 1? Since everyone keeps saying how Slot 2 and 3 were harder, I expected it to go down. Does this mean Cracku algorithm says that Slot 2 and 3 were not harder than Slot 1?
