Scored 75 in slot 1 8 marks in va. Is there any chance to get 75 percentile n above if we consider difficulty of that section?

I got only 13 in VARC slot 2 and overall 69 .am I able to clear sessional cutoff of 60 percentile (OBC) .. for new IIMs ?
