how i do solve para jumble sentences

I have a doubt.. If it's given like, "A is sitting two places away from C", how is their arrangement be done? Is it like: A _ _ C C _ _ A (gap of two persons between them) or A _ C C _ A (gap of one person between them)

The person from Gujarat is not in the same cubicle as Tomar or Wasim. Pankaj is not in cubicle 2 and he is from Kashmir. Shilpa and Veeru are in the same cubicle. Veeru is not from Bengal.
