I solve sectionals test with a good scoring but at the time of actual mock it makes me less confident. The I score less marks in the mocks . How should I improve my scoring

I'm able to solve previous year's CAT questions easily but my quants sectional scores are in the range of 15-25 in CrackU mocks. I've practiced so much but still scores aren't
ascending. What is the reason?
