How do you select your sets in DILR? I am having a problem in selecting the right sets.

I am good with LR except for truth teller and complex mathematical algebraic puzzels so i do them last first i select the easy ones that are there. I know the easy ones because i know which questions i get stuck at and which questions i am able to do and i know these because of practice.So, look at the sets you have solved see what you are good at and try selecting them first,but if they are very hard in cat leave them and do the easy ones.

Hi.Can someone please clarify. The formula for number of scalene triangles with given even parameter is (p-6)^2/48 but it does not hold for p=6. Is this an exception only ? as 1,2,3 is a scalene triangle possible.

My bad. 1,2,3 is not a triangle. And for other numbers, we have to take nearest integer not greatest integer.

For 7, and 8, it'll be 0. You can even verify it manually, and through the formula. For p=9, you'll get 0.75 through the formula. Rounded off to 1. Even if you try manually, you'll get 2,3,4 as the only scalene triangle.

How much score in Cracku SNAP mock is considered good? I gave 1 mock & got 26.75. Tomorrow being the last date to register.. I'm thinking to go for it or no..

Mocks are just to show our level of preparation. Even after giving CAT you will have minimum of 20 days to prepare for exam. So I think you should definitely go for it.<br>All the best!!!

well ,a lot of people neglect grammar part , where as its tita and most scoring , attempting all 4 passages is a blunder , .quickly go through all passages in 1-2 minutes , check the subject and vocab , then reject 1 . attempt 2 rc's then go for grammar comeback for the remaining rc at last

The way I attempt is that I do any 2 RC's first (usually the one where I am interested in the subject matter and the other hard one) and then I go on to attempt nearly 70% of the PJ/OO/ etc type questions, then 1 more RC, another 2 PJ'/OO question and if you have time the last RC + quick revision
