Total cars produced in the 6 countries
= 0.4 + 0.8 + 0.3 + 0.1 + 0.9 + 0.2 = 2.7 million
% petrol cars produced = (100-35)% = 65%
$$\therefore$$ Number of petrol cars produced (in millions) = $$\frac{65}{100} \times 2.7$$
= 1.755
