In each question, two equations I and II have been given. You have to solve these equations and give the appropriate answer

Question 98

I. $$p^2-5p+6=0$$
II. $$q^2-4q+3=0$$

Solution

$$p^2-5p+6=0$$ => (p-3)(p-2) = 0

So, p = 2 or 3

$$q^2-4q+3=0$$ => (q-1)(q-3) = 0

So, q = 1 or 3.

Hence no relation between p and q can be determined.
