Find the fraction of X, X = 0.7822222…

Solution

Given : $$x=0.7822222....$$

=> $$100x=78.22222.....$$ ------------(i)

=> $$1000x=782.2222.....$$ ------------(ii)

Subtracting equation (i) from (ii), we get :

=> $$900x=782.2222-78.2222=704$$

=> $$x=\frac{704}{900}$$

=> Ans - (A)
