Let total number of days=20x
Number of rainy days = 2x
Number of rainbow days = x
Number of non rainbow days= 19x
$$\therefore\ $$ Percentage of non rainbow days = $$\frac{19x}{20x}\ \cdot\ 100\ =95$$
