If $$\sin \theta$$ = 15/17 , then $$\cot \theta$$ = ?

Solution

$$\sin \theta$$ = 15/17 = $$\frac{P}{H}$$

B = $$\sqrt{289-225}=8$$

$$\cot \theta=\frac{B}{P}=\frac{8}{15}$$.
