Let the ratio in which 20% milk be mixed with that of 60% milk = $$x:y$$
According to ques,
=> $$20x+60y=25(x+y)$$
=> $$20x+60y=25x+25y$$
=> $$25x-20x=60y-25y$$
=> $$5x=35y$$
