Solution

Hexagonal prism :

Euler's formula : $$V + F - E = 2$$ where V is number of vertices , F is number of faces and E is number of edges.

Hexagonal Prism has 18 edges and 8 faces.

=> $$V = 2 + E - F = 2 + 18 - 8$$

=> $$V = 20 - 8 = 12$$

=> Ans - (B)
