Breadth to Length ratio is 4:9
So let Breadth is 4x & Length is 9x
We know perimeter of rectangle is 2(L+B)
2(4x+9x)=52
26x=52
X=2
so Length is=9x=9×2=18
Breadth=4x=4×2=8
So area of rectangle is L×B
18×8=144 meter square.
