Solution

The value of $$\sin\theta and \cos \theta are equal when \theta=45\degree$$

2x - 20 = 45 =>x = 32.5

2y + 20 =45 => y = 12.5

$$\tan(32.5+12.5) = \tan45\degree = 1$$
