Solution

Let say , other two numbers are x and y.

So, First number is = $$\frac{2}{11}\left(x+y\right)\ .$$

So,

$$\frac{\left(x+y\right)+\frac{2}{11}\left(x+y\right)}{3}=26\ .$$

or, $$\frac{13}{11}\left(x+y\right)=78\ .$$

or, $$\left(x+y\right)=66\ .$$

So, first number is = $$\frac{2}{11}\left(x+y\right)=\frac{2}{11}\times66\ =12\ .$$

D is correct choice.
