Solution
Let 2/- coins = 3x
50paise coins = 5x
25paise coins = 7x
toal amount = 51.25
(3x)(2)+(5x)(0.5)+(7x)(0.25) = 51.25
10.25x = 51.25
x = 5
No.of 50paise coins = 5x = 5(5) = 25
so the answer is option C.
