(A) : $$12-3\times4=12$$

$$\equiv12\div3+4=12$$

L.H.S. = $$4+4=8\neq$$ R.H.S.

(B) : $$44+4-2=88$$

$$\equiv44\times4\div2=88$$

L.H.S. = $$44\times2=88=$$ R.H.S.
