Question 9

If 3 # 9 @ 4 = 3 and 4 # 4 @ 4 = 2, then 6 # 4 @ 5 = ?

Solution

Given : 3 # 9 @ 4 = 3 and 4 # 4 @ 4 = 2

=> '#' means '+' and '@' means '÷'

Eg : $$(3+9)\div4=\frac{12}{4}=3$$

and $$(4+4)\div4=\frac{8}{4}=2$$

Similarly, $$(6+4)\div5=\frac{10}{5}=2$$

=> Ans - (B)
