Pritam bought 1 T shirt and 3 pairs of trousers

SP of 1 t shirt = $$\frac{100-10}{100}\times 100 = 90$$

SP of 3 pairs of trousers = $$3 \times \frac{100-20}{100}\times 300 = 720$$

Total SP = 90+720 = 810

CP of 1 shirt and 3 trousers = 100 + 3(300) = 1000

discount = 1000 - 810 = 190

% discount = $$\frac{190}{1000}\times 100 = 19$$%

so the answer is option A.
