Question 78

What is the area (in sq cm) of a rhombus if the lengths of its diagonals are 25 cm and 20 cm?

Solution

Diagonals of rhombus = $$d_1=25$$ cm and $$d_2=20$$ cm

Area of rhombus = $$\frac{1}{2} \times d_1 \times d_2$$

= $$\frac{1}{2} \times 25 \times 20=250$$ $$cm^2$$

=> Ans - (B)
