First solve small bracket as per BODMAS rule.

$$-12[11 + \left\{-21\right\} ] \div [4 \left\{ 13 - 18\right\}]$$

Solve curly bracket as per BODMAS rule.

$$-12[11 -21] \div [4 \times(-5)]$$

Now solve big bracket as per BODMAS rule.

$$120 \div (-20)$$
